Been there done everything and it’s got worse and now a can’t barely walk or seat move without excruciating pain every day I am laying down because the pain is so bad and I would never let them put another steroid on my back ever again. I should’ve stood the way I was before doing all this and it got so bad a that I am stuck with this pain seven days a week and I’m dealing all this without any medication or nothing. I guess I gotta get used to this chronic pain sadly.

I'Ve done everything appeared back in 2010 therapy, surgery in 2016 that worsened my condition then chiro then the new method from germany and i am tired help me
