omfg people in here saying"nurses don't diagnose" WE KNOW but we have always been taught disease process and presenting symptoms. because as a nurse you are LOOKING for signs to report. especially between rounds. wtf has happened to nurses? are nurses just mindless robots? because I'm not. nurse for 32 years and i often have an idea even before a diagnosis is confirmed

As an ER doctor, it has been my experience that it’s more often times excessive long term alcohol use. Gallstones is second. Well done presentation. Really enjoyed it.
