The man is Mike boccio he was an original impractical jokers member before they made it an actual tv show but he wasn’t able to stick with the jokers becuase he had a job that got in the way kinda like Joe with his family he needed more time with his family and Joe needed to be at work a lot and so at the time is wasn’t Mike or Q is was 5 members but when Mike had to part ways it became the popular 4 that most people know today so no Mike isn’t some random he’s jus someone people forgot or never knew I’ve seen some of the old footage from them before they became a tv show he was actually pretty funny
