As someone who believes in God, I question my faith every day. For example, if I hear something unusual or something that doesn't make sense, of course I will research the explanation using multiple sources to see the different interpretations. I do this because in the Quran, God warns against blindly following tradition in verse 2:170, and the Prophet said seeking knowledge is an obligation upon every Muslim. Real faith requires actively seeking out answers and researching your religion for yourself. .. But this shouldn't just apply to religion. It should apply to many other things as well, like the news we see, politics, and everyday trends. You shouldn't just blindly accept everything you are told, no matter where it comes from.
