are some of these comments from movie only watchers or something? draco was loved and spoiled beyond measure and he knew it. he was PROUD and even BRAGGED about being a death eater. he was NOT forced into it. he may have not actually had a choice, but he was happy to become a death eater. he understood what the death eaters stood for. he relished in the fact he had loving and wealthy parents (or even parents at all) and flaunted it in the face of anyone less fortunate than him. and it wasnt like he believed the things he did because he was sheltered or something, he went to school with all the other students, sirius had supremacist family and knew it was wrong and left. harry went through absolute HELL his entire life and draco only had to experience a SLIVER of that fear of the bed he made for himself for a small time. harry potter was out here reliving his parents murder at 13 and being tortured while more adults watched at 14 and that still barely brushes through all he experienced. draco's trauma is always being overexagerated while harry's is swept under the rug
