Cheated on after my stage 4 cancer diagnosis. She was my emergency contact too. It definitely rewires your brain. Your entire being. Still single 4.5 years later. I am just happy to be alive. She didn’t fuking deserve me. The anger still hits but, not like it once did. I still have a hard time believing it. The cruelness of it. I was truly at my lowest. A low I never knew existed.

Anyone commenting about how she’s still talking about it & should move on clearly hasn’t experienced the trauma that comes with a betrayal like this. Especially from someone you were with for almost a decade. Everyone heals in different ways & for her it’s this. It costs nothing to be kind or just scroll of you don’t have anything kind to say.
