It is sad that Josh has to love this way, the right thing to do for sure is follow through with what he intended to do to begin with! It is cruel to him as it would be to any of us that anyone would not let go & do what one wanted to begin with! no one should have to love like he is 😭😭😭 🫂🫂🫂🫂🙏🙏🙏

There are so so many twists and turns in her story. You may not agree about what she did or didn't do. She NEVER did anything "illegal." SO why is this still happening?

I am so sorry for what you are going through. My brother had a severe anoxic brain injury just like your loved one. In a vegetative state, but still not legally brain dead. A very long story as I am sure you know. My mom wanted LTAC but eventually agreed to let him go. It was like that for 3 months until a physician stepped in and fought for a combination of drugs that would end his suffering (I am not sure of how this got approved, but it went all the way to the president of the hospital). That three months has traumatized me. I cannot even imagine 8 years I am so sorry.

Critical care nurse for 25 years. There are far worse things than death. It’s horrific to watch what some people do to their family members when they are unable to make their own decisions.

The bed bound or chair bound is terrible but on top of that not being able to see, talk, taste is torture for sure. I'm so sorry girl! That's terrible. Lays in diapers and getting bed sores are horrendous. no matter how good the nursing home is it's still hard to not get those.

I just watched your video of him and as a mother- I can’t imagine watching my kids live like that. I understand not wanting your baby to be gone forever. But watching them live that way.. is inhumane. This is exactly why we should have our wishes documented. I hope you don’t give up advocating for him. I hope his mom can find peace in that he truly isn’t there anymore and can let him go 💔
