OMG... please don't hate me for this... 😂 I have officially started drilling through plates to turn them into cake stands... and I don't regret it one bit. I've also completely changed the way I think about air fryers thanks to the @Ninja Kitchen Ninja Crispi Pro. I genuinely love that it's made from glass so you can actually watch everything cook and rise, and because there's no traditional non stick metal, it just feels so much nicer to use. These cruffins took less than 15 minutes and honestly looked far more impressive than the effort they required. Naturally I couldn't stop there... because if you're going to make a cake stand, why not make it spin too? 😂 I added a tiny display motor so now the whole thing slowly twirls above the table like it's in a little patisserie window, and I genuinely think desserts deserve this level of drama. Now you've got to settle a debate for me... is this completely genius or have I finally taken DIY one step too far? 😂🍰 And more importantly... would you ever drill through a beautiful plate to make something like this, or is that where you'd draw the line?
