In my opinion, journalists work harder than athletes because they constantly think about important information and social issues. They must be skilled in translating between English and Filipino, use a wide range of vocabulary, and communicate facts clearly and accurately.

Journalism is important, yes. But Athletes have it harder with the pressure and expectations. (I'm not dismissing the disadvantages of journalism, I'm just stating that athletes has higher risks when it comes to injuries etc)

yes, journalism and athletics are equal in different terms. however, why are they not supported EQUALLY? why do athletes receive more support, while journalists are weakly funded? easy—no government wants educated people in their society.

Alam namin na mas mahirap talaga yung sports at pacifying athlete. Pero, hot take is ang journalism ay importante para sa bansa, kaya nalalaman natin ung mga problema sa pilipinas at ano ano ang nangyayari. Except sa sports na ang ambag is pag tratravel sa ibang bansa at pagrerepresenta sa bansa natin. Coming from a sportsman and a journalist.
