My dogs love blueberries too. My one dog was abandoned as a baby in Kentucky, and we rescued her, she’s an absolute freak but she’s the best and we love her so much.

I think maybe moving your hand over her head might be part of the command. that's usually what I do to teach dogs sit, you move the treat towards them and up so they have to look up at it and then sit comes naturally
