Sourdough life doesn't have to be slow, this @Cozy Bread warming mat and insulated home have saved my dinner plans on more than one occasion! ❌️When I made pizza dough before this mat it would take 46 hours total from sourdough starter to pizza. ⏲️With this setup it took 11 hours total starter to finish. 🤯 Thats 35 hours saved! 🤌Bonus benefit: The pizza crust turns out better than my old method where I shaped and cold fermented overnight.
