It could work. It should add 30 seconds to the clock (maybe less) each time a CT picks up the bomb for the first time (consecutive pickups don't, e.g. dropping the bomb and picking it up again). CT's can also, however, dismantle the bomb to win the game, instead of running around with or defending it in position. they can only hold a knife while doing it though, and it takes twice as long as defusing. The bomb also has built in GPS, so T's always know where the bomb is on radar. Another alternative would be to allow CT's to defuse on the spot, but it takes a little longer than if it is already activated. Has potential... The only problem is with CT's placing the bomb in traps and baiting kills, but T's will find a way!! And I suppose T's can do the same back.
