I done that to a pub in Irvine, all the mirrors and glazing was off by 100 mm… they naught from my supplier and they told me….i told them yeh they will be back the day after they collected the glass and sure as shit 🤣🤣🤣

i worked for a aluminium window company for a while, the salesman did the measurements "es his wife worked in the office doing all the invoices and computer work. the owners of the business are real assholes they sacked the wife for no reason so every qoute he did for 3 weeks was wrong colour, styles ,size then he quit . multiple times we went to install and they were completely wrong . would of cost many thousands of dollars.

We did the same. 😂 When sending the price we wrote 5cm wrong on all messures. 🤣 Then when we got the jobs we fixed the messures before ordering doors and windows

This is not how it works in London. My Albanian builder quoted me £150 to reskim a small floor with concrete to raise it. I said what it’s just a bag of cement and some water? He said can you do it? I said know he said ok £250! I paid him. 😂 rinsed

Even better approach is to interview your potential customer to work out how many quotes they are getting etc. More than 2 and they use words like budget and I’m out
