People in the comment section here obviously hasn’t watched the whole video. Police can be on the side of the road and flag people down for a traffic stop. FHP does it all the time. He is a fully uniformed police officer. She committed a traffic violation. He can flag her down for her to pull over and conduct his business. Failing to stop is fleeing😂 he was giving clear signs for her to stop.

Yall saying she wasn’t in the wrong “because of the whole video” realize she was still passing multiple cars on a double yellow line AND going way over 25 right. 😂 I saw a whole like 30 minute long video on this months ago.

So first off he didn’t pace or radar her, second he didn’t initiate a legal traffic stop. Holding your hand up in the air is not a legal way to initiate a traffic stop. Then he trespassed on their property and unlawfully arrests a woman. He even had to convince himself of the story he made up in his own body cam footage.
