I'm genuinely so sorry about the situation you're living in. It irritates me how your mom is always so jolly about you going home and seeing her considering she doesn't do anything about the living situation you guys are in. I see her constantly posting about wanting to get out and do fun things, when she obviously has other priorities. She's a horrible parent and you shouldn't blame yourself because of her laziness. She had the whole summer to get a job and all that, but never did. I don't care if you have bed bugs because it doesn't change the way I see you. You're not contagious, you just can't control your living situation, but so many people are just quick to judge what goes on in somebody else's life and blame them. No bug will stop me from going around you, even if it's risky. I love you sososososososo much and I wish I could do something about it, but nobody will listen. CPS even said your room was a hazard, and they didn't do anything. The good thing is that in a few more years, you'll be able to move out, and your mom won't have a say in anything. But I still feel horrible for now

i’ve had bedbugs before it was the worst experience of my life to this day ANY itch i immediately get flashbacks to seeing them crawling on me - Your best bet is trashing everything in your room including furniture and clothes; then buying a bug b**omb . Your mum is really irresponsible and you must call the police on negligence .

whats ur current home situation.? ive had them before and i can tell u exactly what i did to get rid of them by myself or have much less at least but do u have access to smth like a washing machine or dryer, freezer, vacuume cleaner, cleaning stuff and if u can buy stuff from shops freely and are ur parents/ppl u live with willing to help?? i hope everything just gets better from here but pls let me know ill be happy to help out as much as i can ^^

I had this from someone else's cat , I was just being nice but had to stop letting it in . It looks like the fleas are probably just hoping back on the animal. Is there a way to bomb the house and not have the animals in for a while ? I used salt , boiling water, carpet cleaner I'll replace , looking under everything including the bed. I scrubbed everything including the beds and underneath. They like the dark all it takes is to miss one x god bless you 🙏

get fumigation done ASAP and new furniture is the way to sort them years ago I bought a sofa bed of a friend and ended up in your situation and was with mu kids etc then it was horrible but only way to solve it is get rid of everything and get pest control in ASAP longer you leave it worst it will get they multiply by the 1000s

any kind of aerosol will knock the bugs out not ideal but if u can do tjat then kill em and maybe find the source and douse it in some lynx africa and have something to crush the bugs with? ive been in similar situations and this is how i tried its not a fix by any means just hopefully kills some bugs for you to sleep

Are you allowed out? I can’t speak on your situation because everyone’s different. But I grew up in a similar situation… if your allowed out wash cars, raise money. Be open to people what your raising money for. ( new bed, mattress, new covers etc ) if people don’t believe you show them photos and videos of your living conditions. Or even see if anyone’s giving away free items. I’m so sorry you’re living like this. Unfortunately sometimes our parents can’t see to our needs, so we have to see to our own. No 14 year old should be living like that! No one should at all, I’m so sorry
