I think this once happened to me at night my teeth were freezing I felt like my whole body what tight I just started praying from the inside after some time i felt freee ❤️

Does sleep paralysis only affect Christians? What happens to non-Christians who follow Islam, Buddhism, Hinduism, and other religions? Do they also yell Jesus' name when they experience sleep paralysis?

Sleep paralysis used to sound simple and easy when someone is talking about it. I believed it in a scientific perspective and not in a spiritual perspective not until I experienced it repeatedly for almost a month but after I was prayed for it ended then and I have never experienced it again, now almost 3 years. And from then I don’t believe it as sleep paralysis but a spiritual attack. To anyone going through such please pray to God and if you are weak to pray, Go to someone who is very prayerful to help you. May you overcome!!!!!!

I usually experience this . And even just thinking about it, trust me I happen to have a sleep paralysis that same night . Thank you for sharing

there was a night I went to sleep without praying and some in my sleep I saw the bedroom door open and a shadow came in, at first I thought it was hubby because he was in the living room watching football then after some minutes I came to realize that it wasn't him because he wasn't joining me in bed and then I knew that there was some dark forces that had entered the room. when I tried to work up I was attacked and I was struggling to work up but immediately I shouted Jesus Christ, it left me.

i really experience this a lot almost every night and almost two weeks I always used to sleep in the morning because I was scared I could literally feel someone touch me and some should say it's sleep paralysis? no it's not

That's interesting. I used to have that for over a month, three times a day! In short whenever I sleep or take a short nap. Even when I could mention the name of our Lord God in a whisper, It wouldn't leave until I trick my mind that it's a dream and I give it a timer and move my index finger. 🙌

I used to experience this but now my spirit is so awake that the moment the spirit comes i feel it and now my toxic side i give it some window to try and do what it wants to do to make it think today it found me off guard then when i feel i am getting to a point it’s becoming stronger i just rebuke it and say hey get out and immediately it leaves😂

I use to experience this... and recently I was having being attacked physically, 4 in the room but I was the only person seeing shadows trying to pin me down very scary shadows

Jesus Christ is real and he is alive. I’m 35 now and I’ve experienced sleep paralysis occasionally since I was 15, and every time I have an attack and say his name, the evil spirits leave me alone. There’s power in the name of Jesus. 🙏
