Croatia is trying to scam people. Make them wait 5-15 hours, ruin their timeline, so they get a hotel in Croatia. How come i went through the Montenegro border for 10 minutes, then waited 4 hours at the croatian border?! - I lost respect. I will never even take a hotel in Croatia anymore.
