When they say oil they mean one without a flavour like vegetable, canola etc. also the blueberry yogurt would add more flavour then Greek yogurt. Probs just use melted butter if you don’t have non flavoured oil haha xx

Never cooked these before but going to “eyeball” a lot of the ingredients. Maybe next time add the actual blueberry yogurt and don’t add things just because. That will probably help.

For everyone saying use butter, for muffins (I personally prefer it and I've seen it a lot with others too) olive oil has a richer flavour profile and when muffins have minimal ingredients it adds so much so definitely try to use olive oil. But try both and see which one you prefer, everyone is different lol

If you’re baking with olive oil it needs to be light olive oil, not extra virgin as extra virgin is quite bitter.
