You can actually further that sentiment and statement. When allah says he would never burden you beyond you capacity, he means the trials he specifically wrote as a default trial for you, for example loss of iman, loss of a loved one loss of finances etc, that can be interpreted as a default trial, but bcos we have free will and the ability to take upon our own actions, Allah wrote specific trials that he allowed u to choose, think of it like a Netflix show ur watching the show and can c the options, but u have the remote and the ability to choose the outcome, that outcome will have the trial that Allah wrote for it, but didnt necessarily choose for u specifcially. So when some things truly feel like they are way too hard, know that it it isnt because allah hates you or is pushing u to capacity but rather u just took a wrong turn thats all.
