Para ser un periodista independiente debe tener un titulo o carrera universitaria de periodista verdad? Si no posee carre o titulo universitario ni una credencial como periodista el es solamente un auditor y si esta permitido que grabe en lugares públicos pero debe seguir las políticas y normas de cada ente gubernamental aunque el diga que no esta obligado a hacerlo
