This is Mamba. My 11 year old Rottweiler. Binili ko siya nong 4 year student ako sa Vetmed. Today I decided to end her suffering by euthanasia (mercy killing). 3 months na kasi siyang bedridden. Okay pa naman ang kanyang appetite pero in pain siya everyday. Anong klaseng vet di man lang kayang e save ang sariling alaga🥹🥹😢😢😢

Those who are disagreeing with his decision to let his baby rest under euthanasia, did you read his comment here that she’s bed ridden for 3 months and that she’s in pain? Meaning hindi na niya nagagawa ang mga dati niyang kayang gawin na nakakapag pasaya sa kanya. Don’t you think it doesn’t affect her furdad if he sees her lying there on her bed, in his house, not able to do things that she usually does? If you truly love your furbaby, you will understand that they are suffering too. Putting them to rest under euthanasia is a love and suffering a furparent is willing to go through rather than make her live everyday in pain and silently suffering. I hope you respect his choice as a furparent and understand that not all the time, your opinions must be heard. She will not live 11 great years if her dad is neglectful and doesn’t give her the things she deserves. His love is so great that he’s willing to live with guilt to even do this, just to end her suffering. To Mamba’s furdad, don’t blame yourself for choosing what’s best for her. She was loved by you, and she will always remember that. 💙

some of y'all don't get the point of mercy killing. Inend na ni kuya yung suffering ng dog niya. Instead of having his dog suffer everyday, he'd rather have him move on peacefully instead of having the dog experience constant suffering.

euthanasia is a way of giving someone peace without having to suffer physically anymore. Refusing to euthanasia when you know full well that they're in a lot of pain— because you dont want to lose them; is selfish on your psrt.

same thing happened to us last month, pina mercy killing namin yung dog namin na 11 years old na, same reason bed ridden din siya for almost 4 months. malaki laki rin yung nagastos namin sakanya di na namin nakayanang bayaran, kaya nawalan kami ng choice kundi mag resort to dog euthanasia. masakit nung una pero nung lumipas ang ilang araw na realized namin na pareho kaming nag benefit ng dog namin. dahil wala ng sakit pang titiisin yung aso namin at para samin naman nabawasan yung gastusin pati narin yung stress.

kami magkakapatid ndi sang ayon sa euthanasia. Yung aso nh kapatid ko ganyan din sabi ng vet ipasleep na lang sia. Ndi yun kumakain ndi katulad nian kumakain. nagpasecond opinion kami sa ibang vet ngaun sobrang sigla na ulit. Para sa akin lang po ito siguro ung mga nagsusuggest na mga vet na patulugin feeling ko ndi kasi nila kaya gamutin kaya para masabi na ok silang vet yan ung sinusuggest nila.
