Ultra Soft Bread Rolls Ingredients: * 1 tsp yeast * 1 tbsp sugar * 250g milk(about 1 cup + 1tbsp) * 350g flour (about 2¾ cups) * 1 tsp salt * 40g softened butter( 3 tbsp ) Instructions: 1. In a bowl, mix yeast, sugar, and milk. Add flour and mix until combined. 2. Add salt and softened butter, then stretch and fold or coil fold until the butter is fully incorporated. 3. Cover and let rest for 2 hours or until doubled. 4. Divide the dough into 4 equal portions. Flatten each piece, turn it over, fold it as shown in the video, seal it, then roll it. Place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. 5. Cover for 15 minutes, brush with milk, then bake at 400°F for 10 minutes and reduce heat to 380°F and finish baking. #bread #homemadebread #breadtok #bakingrecipe #baking
