Pricefinder does too which you can click the persons name and it will show every property and phone number that the person owns and if it’s green, they can call but if it’s red you can’t call them

I’m sure some agents do this but my hubby works for himself from home, offers good old fashioned service and still uses word of mouth. He high pressure cleans his clients driveways and helps them get their homes presentable. He’s not technical at all. You would never catch him doing this stuff. It’s sad if this is what most agents are doing.

I put my property up for sale, and within hours of it being listed id had 10 calls from different real estate, asking for my business. funny thing is, the property is in a small country town with 2 real estate agencies. all the ones who called were from 1 hour away to 1 that was 6 hours away.

They mainly pay for databases, every time you enter your details online to buy anything that data is collected & sold off, that is how they mainly get your details. It’s against legislation to contact via RPData.
