Peter is a flawed person for sure, but what keeps him good and on the side of good is his ability to refrain from losing himself like that by killing someone. He’s the best of us in every sense. He’s definitely allowed to go overboard on people when they threaten someone he cares about though

As flawed as Spiderman is, some spiderman fans genuinely push the mark and make him seem like a terrible person, he’s not, he’s objectively one of the best/greatest people in terms of heroism and being good, because as much of an A - Hole he can be, he will always try do the right thing. For some reason people can’t have extreme thoughts, i mean, he said he should’ve left flash to perish but yet he went to save him. Most of these panels you showed, he would not have gone through with it
