@velcheva.vibe: BRIOCHE WAFFLE SANDWICH 🧇✨ When you have a waffle maker at home, anything can become a waffle 😅 Recently, I made a version with filo pastry, and now I’m sharing a new idea - a brioche waffle filled with langoustines 🦐 A little reminder: don’t throw away the shells! They make the most delicious and flavorful broth. I used it as a base to create milk, which I then added to the dough. Lately, I’ve been using this little trick in many of my recipes - definitely worth trying! By the way, the most used “ingredient” in my kitchen is actually candles 🕯️ Summer, winter, morning, evening - it doesn’t matter.
