Girl! I SO feel this! My husband is that morning person also. Don't even TALK to me and expect me to have a conversation with you. Morning people think it's funny to do that.

oh im a early bird by all means but just cause I get up early don't mean im going to start moving around soon as my eyes open nope im going to drink coffee check my phone watch news foe about an hour or so. then I will move around but jump up and go nope not at all. got to wake up first

I've had countless partners like this & I can tell you from experience it's annoying because people like this tend to wake up at the same time or later than everyone else causing everyone else to have to drag ass & miss out on stuff until you are ready to get up & get going.
