Not only is the bird shaking and wet, but it also there’s some abnormalities with the beak. The top part of the beak is overlapping with the bottom, which could be a signifier of avian keratin disorder, dietary issues, or physical trauma that’s left unchecked. This guy needs to go see a vet ASAP.
