When I do cardio I do it fasted. Weight lifting days? give me all the carbs before hand.

I wake up at 3:30am, in the gym by 4 run 5 miles and lift all fasted. I tried eating first and it doesn’t feel good to me

If anything it’s more intense bd it’s the same workout we always do but with far less fuel.

if you are eating 2 hours or less before a workout I thing that's not ideal.....unless its like half a banana and a few strawberries or something like that on the topic....people should ideally do both....fasted and fed.....both have different advantages and benefits
