Im a millennial and my roommates and I teamed up with the guys who lived next door when we were neighbors in college. We had 7 girls and 8 guys, so one of the guys was the “host”. We all put in $30 and the “host” hid the money somewhere in one of the two apartments. Every team was assigned a legends team and drafted and then you were handcuffed together. Everyone had a 30 rack to finish before you could go search for the hidden money. You could get out of drinking beer by answering trivia questions correctly (every correct trivia answer eliminated a beer as long as you were the first to buzz in and answer it correctly). Once you were free of the 30 (either by trivia or drinking it all…you had to solve a series of puzzles set up by the “host” - at one point you were allowed to uncuff (a certain checkpoint) and then you had to search for the money! One of my favorite memories! This happened 20 years ago!

OMG remember the monsters that would be in certain rooms of the temple and they’d jump out and grab them and steal the coins??? JFC I’d have a heart attack today 🤣
