Day 5/100 of my nighttime skincare routine for hormonal acne, acne scars, and hyperpigmentation. No talking tonight because I’m exhausted 😭 Some days, self-care looks like doing the bare minimum—but still showing up. Consistency is what clears skin, not perfection. Tonight’s routine: 🫧 cleanse → 0.025% tretinoin (buffered with moisturizer if needed) → 4% hydroquinone around my mouth & neck → Vanicream moisturizer. If my skin feels irritated, I skip actives and focus on barrier repair instead.
