i work at McDonald's in Poland and I absolutely hate breakfast kitchen because of how menu is constructed. we serve sandwiches based on either kaiser rolls or English muffins, breakfast wraps and grilled cheese and everything is very tedious to make. each sandwich has a lot of ingredients that you have to prepare separately (for example we make our scrambled eggs from fresh eggs that you have to break and scramble by hand on the grill). beside making the sandwiches you have to prepare everything for the lunch menu and there's only two people working in the kitchen in the morning

See, glove-loving people? A single pair of gloves touched different items, including food. Well, I couldn’t care less actually. 😊

so like. how can I ask for my muffin to be extra toasty and my egg to be slightly under done? because that with a sausage and a hash brown is my perfect sandwich.
