I feel like there’s a discussion here about in stories like this, the man is always somehow untouched by wider society in a way? I don’t know if I’m clever enough to explain or describe what I’m trying to. But it’s like the man has none of the patriarchy in him if that makes sense. Like, in this story, he’s a man made and then surrounded entirely by women. So all he knows is what the women have shown her which is probably things like how to be an emotionally intelligent person, how to be kind, how to treated women well. Am I making sense 😂 maybe that’s why they considered it a fairytale 😂
