Running custom code on a smartwatch like the Mi Band 10 usually feels impossible because the manufacturer never released any development tools for its special chip. This project changes everything by reverse-engineering the stock firmware to build a complete, working SDK from scratch. The creators mapped out the correct memory layout, recovered the display drivers, and even figured out how to physically flash new software onto the device.
