I think he drugged her with the crushed pills, and probably locked her in the room, and was thinking she’d be dead by the time he got back from cvs but I think she put the bed against the window to get out to get her kids, hints to why she went out the window that way because she didn’t want to hurt herself, she was just trying to save her kids. Since she’s so drugged he makes her believe that she did it. His time was up for the alibi and HAD to call the police or he would’ve ended her too. Hints to why her neck was smashed in from him using that belt that was in evidence. Took her apple watch with him, turned off the location, to call himself from it to make it seem like she called. He was cheating on her and wanted out of the situation but didn’t want to pay for divorce and child support, and since she was having so many mental health issues he knew he’d be able to convince anyone that she did it from postpartum…he’s already married, had another child, got a million dollars from his gofundme, so he’s out living his best life while she’s in jail…also she worked in the hospital, if she really wanted to end herself, she knew how to do it successfully

So, mom was nursing and scared to take meds! Yet when medic saw her, she acted like she was drugged and so Narcan was administered. SOMEONE DRUGGED HER UNCONSCIOUS. Someone tossed her out on her head!

She had a Jefferson fracture (the kind of fracture that occurs when diving head first into a pool). No fractures or injuries to the lower body. She went head first, not lowering herself down the side of the house.

My theory is that those marks on the window sill is not from her dangling, it’s from her neck. I think Patrick slammed the window down on Lindsey’s neck(which already has a gash in it) causing the blood from her neck to drip on the window sill. It also takes in account for her shattered thyroid in her neck. I then think he grabbed her and shoved her out the window causing her to land head towards the house. In the perfect spot for Patrick Clancy to be seen “taking the children down” in the basement right where cops can see why his dna is on the bands.

people only defend her because shes white, youngish, and upper middle class. she didnt work, she had a wfh husband, 2 kids in daycare, a part time nanny, 2 sets of grandparents helping, her parents lived with them for some time, was able to see 5 providers, and was inpatient at a top tier facility affiliated with Harvard.
