🌈 melatonin 🌈 😂 sometimes it doesn't work... but sometimes it does and it's amazing! 😂 this is after 4 years of no sleep before they'd prescribe it 🤦🏼♀️

As an autism mom, I never say those words or allow anyone else to. Idk where their energy comes from, but I wish I could bottle some for myself. 😂

Omg my daughter and I all night. Sometimes till 4 am. I never use to binge watch shows but now I have them lined up. Does it ever get better she’s 5 and it’s been like this since 18 ths. 😳😳😳

I just give my daughter her tablet and headphones so I can at least try to rest. Sometimes that puts her back to sleep. I’m lucky that she’s actually sleeping through the night right now.
