I think it's entirely ethical to use these kind of prompts to get through the automated part of AI hiring systems because one of the main ones companies use has been repeatedly proven to have significant issues with bias, and it is expected that most of them have similar issues. If you're going to use a faulty tool to avoid doing your job, you don't get to complain when people find a way to work around the faulty tool to get in front of an actual human. If the applicant is truly not qualified for the job, the humans can determine that. So many people get hired without having every single requirement in a job posting because good employers realize that good employees will work to fill those gaps.

I tried the one where you copy the original job description and pasted it into the bottom of my resume in white so the ATS would have all the proper keywords. No luck.
