#بطاطس مبتسمة 🙂🥔😁 *(يبدو أنها أسعد مني قليلًا! 🥲)* ### المكونات * 500 غرام بطاطس مسلوقة (استخدمت حبتين كبيرتين) * 100 غرام نشا (حوالي 4 ملاعق كبيرة) * 3 شرائح خبز توست * ملح حسب الرغبة * فلفل أسود حسب الرغبة * فلفل أحمر مجروش (شطة) حسب الرغبة ### طريقة التحضير 1. اهرسي البطاطس المسلوقة جيدًا. 2. أضيفي النشا وشرائح التوست والتوابل، ثم اعجني المكونات حتى تحصلي على عجينة متماسكة. 3. رشي سطح العمل بالقليل من الدقيق، ثم افردي العجينة. 4. شكّليها على هيئة وجوه مبتسمة أو بأي أشكال أخرى تفضلينها. 5. اقليها في زيت غزير ساخن جدًا حتى تصبح ذهبية اللون ومقرمشة. 6. قدميها ساخنة. **ملاحظة:** يمكنكِ تشكيلها بأي شكل ترغبين. صحيح أن الوجوه المبتسمة تحتاج بعض الوقت، لكنها ممتعة جدًا، وسيحبها الأطفال والكبار أيضًا. **بالهنا والعافية!** --- ## English ### Smiley Potato Bites 🙂🥔😁 *(They're a little happier than I am! 🥲)* ### Ingredients * 500 g boiled potatoes (I used 2 large potatoes) * 100 g starch (about 4 tablespoons) * 3 slices sandwich bread * Salt, to taste * Black pepper, to taste * Crushed red pepper (optional), to taste ### Instructions 1. Mash the boiled potatoes until smooth. 2. Add the starch, bread slices, and seasonings, then knead until a smooth dough forms. 3. Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the dough. 4. Cut into smiley faces or any shapes you like. 5. Fry in well-heated oil until golden brown and crispy. 6. Serve hot. **Tip:** Feel free to make different shapes if you prefer.
