What’s generous and mature view they have. Sometimes, people make mistakes. The ride should not have been designed in a way that relied on a human to maintain a safety feature. The person at fault must be haunted by their error.

it's a very humane view to take from these lovely people. Ultimately the ride safety system should not have been able to have been over-ridden so easily because the possibility of this error happening should have been taken into account in the ride design.

Love that response because the person will be living with that guilt everyday if it was an error n the worst punishment is living with your own guilt than any prosecution :.. n the fact these acknowledge that is very wholesome and hopeful of human decency

rarely is it a single person's fault. that's why Merlin group were fined. the individual was failed by them. lack of trg, lack of knowledge, lack of awareness. not competent which is why Merlin are at fault.
