I work for them , I multitask in most areas. Certainly wouldn’t undertake first aid , as you are liable if it goes wrong. Security you can’t do anything as you would sign the document stating not to intervene. Cleaning - we have domestic staff. Training -online.

I’ve had so many people come in to look at their eye someone sliced finger in half and I had to bandage them up someone fell over really bad and they come to me. Hospital 5 mins up the road also haha but I love it

You don't get paid enough to be security , first Aiders, cleaners or any of the others of that's the case you should be on £100 an hr as your doing more than 1 persons job
