Decades of anti racist work, equality legislation and communities organising against racism. It’s seems we are right back to the 60’s when the “no dogs, no Irish no blacks” were seen in houses for rent. NHS staff bringing called “dirty foreigners” “monkeys “ refusing to be touched by a person of colour. Dehumanising people of colour has been given the green card from people in the highest office and the increasingly hostile environment is being reflected in British institutions that we once had a huge amount of pride in. It’s shameful.
