@rawwrll: A deeply unfair incident happened to a 24-year-old named Axel Melendez. It all started when he was threatened by an overseas hacker attempting a fake emergency report prank (swatting). Axel took the right steps by notifying local law enforcement beforehand, and authorities promised to confirm with him if any suspicious calls came in. Tragically, two days later, the perpetrator proceeded to file a false report with emergency services. Without double-checking or contacting Axel as promised, officers arrived at his home and abruptly broke through a window. Believing his home was being raided by unknown intruders, Axel took cover inside his house to protect himself. Without clear communication, entering officers opened fire, striking Axel in vital areas. As a result, Axel is now permanently paralyzed from the chest down. Over this severe procedural failure and negligence, Axel and his family have filed a $320 million lawsuit against the authorities. #swatting #moistcr1tikal

I mean shit. if someone tells me that someone is going to break into my house soon but it's *definitely* not them, If my shit got robbed they the first on the choppin block. Like "yeah btw someone's gonna call you saying I'm doing illegal stuff they are lying" isn't the most incriminating thing ever
