I’ve lost close to 65lbs, but honestly the biggest transformation had nothing to do with my body. I’ve learned I was never less worthy at 220lbs, and I’m not more worthy now just because I lost weight. For the longest time, postpartum photos made me uncomfortable because all I could focus on was my size. Now when I look at them, I see a woman loving her baby through one of the hardest and most vulnerable seasons of her life! She deserved so much more grace than I ever gave her. Some people will always see you as the “fat girl” no matter what you do. God forbid you eat a burger, have dessert, or enjoy yourself for five seconds and suddenly it’s “careful now” 😂 like relax??? I still have to eat to survive lol. The difference now is I don’t punish myself for being human anymore. I take the picture. I enjoy the memories. I eat the treat without spiraling. And I’ve finally realized my worth was never tied to a number on a scale in the first place. Healing is a beautifulllllll thing ❤️‍🩹 #weightloss
