without managers, the NHS would long be gone. Financially crippled, appalling practices leading to court cases, double booked surgeries, beds over filled...could go on. Imagine a house full of teenagers and no parents...that's what it would be like!

When I worked in the NHS I had a saying "too many suits and not enough scrubs" it's crazy. Managers managing managers who are supervising managers 🙌🏻

This is so true. It is top heavy and we are micro managed...so they are making our jobs worse whilst doing less and less themselves.
