Malzemeler: • 50 gr tereyağı • 7-8 adet patates • 1 adet soğan • 2 diş sarımsak • 2 adet yeşil sivri biber • 250 gr tavuk göğsü • 2 yemek kaşığı tereyağı (beşamel için) • 1 yemek kaşığı un • 300 ml süt • 1 tatlı kaşığı tavuk baharatı • 1,5 tatlı kaşığı sebze çeşnisi • 1 çay kaşığı karabiber • 1 çay kaşığı kırmızıbiber • Biraz acı pul biber • Rendelenmiş kaşar peyniri ⸻ Yapılışı: 1. Patateslerin kabuklarını soyup küp küp doğrayın. 2. Tavada tereyağını eritip patatesleri ilave edin ve kızarana kadar pişirin. 3. Pişen patatesleri bir fırın tepsisine alın. 4. Tavuk göğsünü sıvı yağda kızartın. 5. Üzerine soğan, sarımsak ve biberi ekleyip kavurmaya devam edin. 6. Kavrulan tavukları patateslerin üzerine ekleyin ve tavuk baharatını serpin. 7. Beşamel sos için: • Tavada tereyağını eritin. • Unu ekleyip kavurun. • Sütü ve baharatları ilave edip kaynamaya başlayana kadar pişirin. 8. Hazırladığınız sosu patates ve tavukların üzerine dökün. 9.
