their questions remind me of a couple months ago we went to my husbands uncles funeral. there we are, blazin florida sun, middle of a cemetery, whole family there. my 6 year old son says “where’s uncle darrell?” and we say “he’s in that box right there, remember?” he says “oh yeah! why’s that hole there??” and we said “we have to put the box in the hole” and he yelled “OH GOOD! IM SO EXCITED!” 😂

“Daddy, don’t help him” kids are so unfiltered 😂 I remember being a kid when my grandma had a stroke- and feeling with every fiber of my being that she was going to walk again by herself one day. I can still feel the unshakable hope I had. Those sweet boys believe in papaw 💜
