@everydayisfeastday: How I meal prep on a budget 1. The biggest thing I have learned about myself is that if I allow myself to think of what I’m going eat every night, it can lead to poor food decisions. Have fun prepping for a few days to a week, make it a little project for bettering yourself and remove the last minute “decisions” or “guess work”. Happy cooking! 2. I like to get everything batch cooked and leave “room” for flavoring when it comes time to eat. This can help you from getting bored with what you’re eating. 3. I used chicken here because it’s inexpensive, but other meats or fish can really help your mental sanity. Things like lean ground beef can be very satisfying to eat and a welcome change to your week. 4. It can also help to think of themes, like maybe I’m craving a “taco bowl”. So I know I’ll buy and cook the ingredients to satisfy that craving, but still leave myself options to change it up. This way, on taco bowl night, I give it hot sauce, some shredded lettuce and a scoop of plain Greek yogurt. Hot sauce from high desert sauce company featured on @Firstwefeast hot ones go check them out. #mealprep #healthyeating #EasyRecipe

is rice safe to eat the next day or two? I've heard it's dangerous to eat after 1 day

It’s looks a though the sweet potatoes were not peeled. Do you usually roast them unpeeled?
