I’m still young, but I have found the opposite of slide 1 to be true. I live by the mantra “there’s good people wherever I go” and it’s always been true. In every year of my life and in every place I have been I have made special, meaningful connections with all kinds of different people.

my grandfather had Alzheimer's. when we told him his wife had passed away, the first thing he said was "I thought we'd have more time" and he shed a few tears before becoming unaware again. do not simply let the time pass without making it mean something with the ones you love.

I think sometimes we are in our head most of the times that we forget that time is truly passing without noticing. Capturing intimate moments with our eyes and memorize it in our heart, thus remembering the feeling. So that when times are difficult we can always hold on to those feelings, reminding ourselves that there’s so much to live for and that trials are temporary.
