Grace, can I ask if you were teaching ‘soft skills’ to an organisation that was getting the kind of feedback you are getting at the moment, is this how you would encourage them to respond? Say, you’re talking to a c-suite team who’s employees are giving feedback that they are concerned about the direction of the company, would you say to the c-suite ‘just tell them they have sad lives’ as a strategy? Because your reactions to these comments are reflecting on your brand. As someone whose expertise is rooted in communication, this approach is an interesting choice.
