Businesses have to have workers comp insurance, liability insurance, pay the wages to their employees, including the Social Security taxes, which is another 7 1/2% for the employer and Medicare tax. It is not cheap. Zero vendors should be our standard.

There should be mobile inspectors that shut these down. They’re not paying into the system and who knows if they really use eatable meats. You don’t know. What if the meat is old and expired.
