I came across this in the content club a couple of weeks ago. It was a proper lightbulb moment for me. I was trying to be clever and make the hooks mysterious thinking people would open to explore. It’s absolutely the opposite. My onscreen txt is 0-4 sec and the thumbnail are now working together.

Very solid point and SEO would lean on that too which makes sense factoring in the mute being predominantly reducing a layer to hook an audience.

Yea, but I got informed recently (from one of your videos of course), that to make a good text hook is pretty simple with Why Ladder technique. I was trying to figure out text hook for tomorrow’s reel and quickly got it. This technique is awesome and strongly recommend everyone to use it.

I 100% agree. It’s the hardest thing to come up with. I find writing the script and the instructions easy but creating a scroll stopping pattern interrupting hook is so important and so difficult. 🙂

Yes please on how to craft effective text hooks. Been using your hook ai tool to understand the mechanic but I find that it often gives out the takeaway as well and I’m not sure I tweak them the right way 😅
